This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Time for Nostalgia!

I grabbed a bunch of thumbnails from the Sims 3 Featured Item thumbnail folder and slapped them into the Sims 4 base game saxophone frame.

The swatches are 2 color swatches. The top swatch color is close enough to the frame color and the bottom color is from something within that image. There are 22 in all. I hate excess clutter in my downloads folders so this is all in just one package. Each image is different and has a more or less complementary frame color. The first image in the package is the surfer.

I used Sims4Studio to create the wall hangings and grabbed the images from the Sims 3 game Featured Item thumbnails. (Click the image to see a larger view.)
