The Vampire outfit fix should be fine (at least it is in my game), but the fake vampire one has been broken from the start I believe. I have a fix for the fake vampires on this site (made it even before this one was released):

Really hope this does indeed still work, cause the game is even doing it to my played households. I'm away from one for 15 minutes real time, come back and they look ludicrous, lol.

Do you still have this mod? Is it integrated into another mod? Or is it no longer needed? I couldn't find it in either the Outfits or Vampires pack section of your new website. (Context: I have not played since before Cotttage Living released and I am starting my mods folder over from scratch.)
