I built this beach house some years ago for my simself, her hubby and all their kids but had not seen it in years. I was so happy to find it packaged a couple of weeks ago as it was one of my favourite builds. Since it is one of my favourite builds I decided to name it after my favourite hood, Coral Bay. At the time I had just learnt how to make foundation walls so the house features lattice walls. I redecorated it, did the garden from scratch since there was nothing and tweaked the roof. One bedroom I turned into a gym, otherwise it's the same as I built it.

Without this the columns will show up flashing blue.

Mods that I highly recommend
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=315720 This takes an unusable light and makes it one of the best lights in the game. The ceiling light has been placed above each fan on the ceiling, this fix will make it stay flush with the ceiling and not drop down into the fan.
