Llama Fuels the 3 star choice for your vehicle.

We had a thread on the Sims 2 boards about things for cars and petrol stations (gas for American's ) came up and I thought I really need an all in one service station for my game. So here we have Llama Fuels.

The Deco items

The bowsers, I believe these are called gas pumps in the US. Please enter from the left and leave via the right and pay inside at the shop.

Usable features:

Buy groceries, magazines, small electronics and games at the shop

This lot requires no CC but I do recommend a few things.
Shiny Tyme NPC Everywhere Patch: http://www.simlogical.com/sl/Sims2P...ims2_Eating.htm
Will spawn a cafetiere worker for the diner.

Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=315720 This will make the tiny ceiling light sit flush to the ceiling. Takes an unusable light and makes it one of the best lights in the game.

On an unowned community lot the cars disappear so I would use some extracted vehicles like these: http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=11731 Buyable Vehicles by Petreak.

If you run this as an owned buisness you might like to use the Employee Car Restoration Controller from Simwardrobe. http://simwardrobe.com/ Go to Objects> Business facilitators> Employee Car Restoration.

This lot has not been owned or had sims on it.

Lot Size: 3x5
Lot Price (furnished): $201,788
