Does anyone know of a version of a mod like this that completely disables the autonomous mess making??

Does this still work? My kid still makes a mess from time to time and she usually has responsibility maxed... Most of the time she cleans up right after but still, I would like to know.

I'm not sure about this mod and my previous edits to it, but Bienchen83 has a mod here that has been updated and seems to be working!
(It's a few mods down on the list -- ctrl+f "noautonomousmakemess".)

Thanks!

I wish there was a mod for kids to not make a mess at all. I understand the toddler not doing that but most older kids would never make a mess like that!

I think Bienchen has a mod like that. I made my mod for my own preferences, I like my Sims to have lots of autonomy and I prefer to tone things down over disabling interactions. Very rarely will I ever disable an interaction completely.
