Quick question- how does the Orphan Display Cot work? I can't seem to find any explanation... but it sounds intriguing!

I love the style of this and your travel agency and Jane's Gym. This one has a lot of what I would love to see in a small neighborhood clinic. The layout is great for it and the reception and lounge areas and offices are perfect. Have you ever thought of doing a small clinic? Hint. Hint.

@Sunrader - I'm so glad you like some of my creations! Thank you for the comment and build suggestion! I'm just now coming back from a bit of a forced Sims leave, but yes - I sure have thought about it! I'll add it to the VERY short list of things to work on as I do have fun working on community lots.

Wow I have played sims 2 since the beginning and almost everyday and did not know TwoJeffs had this crib. What a great lot for all my communities. Thank you.

@grannyof13
I apologize for the super late reply, but I hope you're enjoying the lot and thank you for the comment!
Just a note, ChrisHatch is the creator of the crib, not TwoJeffs. (Although both are wonderful at what they do.) I just wanted to make sure the proper person gets the credit!

I finally got around to remaking this into a clinic. Most of it is just like you had it with minor tweaks. I individualized the clutter in the offices, put up no cut away walls on one restroom, then redid the back into the exam rooms using mostly JohnBrehaut's set. http://www.dee.email/OPEN/SimPics/clinic.jpg
Thanks, again, for a great lot!

@Sunrader - Oh, it's so cute!!!! You really did an amazing job transforming it into a clinic! A very good job indeed, and I am so glad the lot was useful for you in some way! That makes me happy.

For anyone having issues with getting the Orphan Display Cot to appear in game

For whatever reason neither the .package file in the CC version this download, or the one from smorbie1's archive would show up in the mod load screen or in game.
The CJH_OrphanDisplayCot.package showed up red in Clean Installer from the sim2pack so idk if that means there's corruption in that download, but if so that doesn't explain why smorbie1's archive didn't work, so this all might just be an issue with my set up

After a 2~3 hour long frey into long dead sites, old form posts, weird russian 18+ sims mod sites, broken wayback links, tumblr blogs and what ever I could find, Looking for anything that could lead me to alternate Chris Hatch downloads...

I found it...

Hidden in a mess of dozens of rapidly opened links, hidden in a jungle of 404's and those expired domain host's ads.

I don't even know what site finally led me to it, but here we go-

digitalangels' Chris Hatch (Family Friendly) archive:
