Here is a nice little home business for your simmies. I built this for my Gavigan Family who wanted to start the new decade off with a fresh start - and what could be fresher than flowers? After many years of faithful lot testing for me, they've amassed a large enough nest-egg to buy this place outright and still have some savings left to live on until the business blooms (so to speak) The house is completely decorated in an elegant, yet not too fussy manner (at least, I don't think it's fussy - and Isaiah seems to like it well enough!)

The Florist Shop is detached, with it's "front" entrance on the side street. I didn't have any stray customers roaming through the house - but remember to lock up what you want to keep private. There are vending machines, benches and 'cuddle' spots available to help keep customers happy. And, the side-yard has a grill, mini-fridge, and juice bar at the ready in case Mary decides to add a side-line food service to her BP. (Of course you can sell the equipment and do what you want back there...)

Please scroll through the pictures to see everything this house has to offer.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer. Invisible smoke alarms are over the kitchen stove, family room fireplace, and both outdoor grills (one grill is on the back porch, the other is outside the shop). The telephones are on the wall in the kitchen and in the mud room, and one in the shop. There is a burglar alarm by the front door (of the house, NOT in the shop.) Decorations and furniture are included - I used most all of the game's "Art Neauvou" collection and items from the "Art Neauvoulicious" EA Store Stuff (link below) - feel free to change things around to suite the needs/tastes of your sims.

CC list - used but NOT included - so, GO get it:
Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor @ MTS2 (this is a "Must!" for split-level houses!)
EAxis Store: Art Nouveaulicious Set now housed at GoS
EAxis Store: Asian Fusion Collection also at GoS - I only used one thing - Fortune's Window
Art Nouveau Recolorable Stairs: Ash recolor by GiveTheNineARide @ MTS2 (I don't know why it didn't package with the lot? But, without it your stairs will be a warm mahogany!)

Custom Content Included:
- Maxis Art Nouveau Modular Stairs - made recolorable by Huge Lunatic (HL) @ Sims2Artists - no script file needed as these override the original stairs.
- Maxis Art Nouveau Modular Stairs - open underneath by Huge Lunatic (HL) @ Sims2Artists - these do need a script file so follow the link and make sure you install them properly!
- Art Nouveau Matching Fence B in Ash and Pewter by GiveTheNineARide @ MTS2
- RetainingWall_Mesh and Top by tbudgett @ MTS2
- Invisiblesmokealarm by pfish @ MTS2

Standard mods I use that are not necessary nor included - but were probably used whilst building/photo-ing/prepping this house for upload...
I use Moi's Roof Shader for brighter roofs
Maranatah's White Wall Top texture replacement
Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror - as per her policy, it's not used or included in this lot.

Lot Size: 3x5
Lot Price (furnished): $164.739
