This is a house built by a sims2 player. That may not sound like much, but I've noticed that recently alot of people have worked so hard to make their houses architectural masterpieces while forgetting that people download houses to PLAY in them, not look at them. So I have taken matters into my own hands to make a series of houses that not only LOOK decent, but are functional as well. I know your sims will enjoy this house because mine have!
This house is fully-furnished, featuring two bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen/dining room, a study, a gazebo, and a balcony. It costs $136,718. There are a few Univ. items in it, so I will call it ep-only, just in case. This is the first item I have ever uploaded onto mts2, so bear with me =P. I ran this through with Clean Installer several times. The following custom content is in this package file: Pink Glitter Grass - http://www.parsimonious.org/decorating2/ground/1.shtml White Wood Gazebo Pack - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=81279 Numenor's seamless wallwindows - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthre...?threadid=70222 Simsky's multi-alarm - http://simsky.parsimonious.org/ensimsky.php Echo's 2x3 rug - http://www.eternal-echo.net/sims/rugs.php Feel free to give me tips on improvement, but if you criticize my kitchen I'll be sad because I like it 33 people have said thanks to Howabominable for this download.
