This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
This is something I made in response to a request by SyntheticMessiah. She wanted kitchen objects that had quote "a more old, stone, castley feeling to them". While I couldn't do the fridge and stove she requested, as they have joints and bones, I
could help with the counters. These are the default cheap Maxis counters with the backsplashes removed and the textures replaced with slate tops and stone cabinets. They only come in the color shown. They also have a dirty state, but it's not as pronounced as some of the default Maxis ones that appear as though someone vomited on the counter.
