EA's or Marvine's animated spiral stairs which match and are repo linked to the Maxis modular stairs. (I think you would need to use the CC recolorable versions of the modular stairs.) If you make this, I'll love you forever! :D I'd explode with happiness if you also made a matching 'reversed direction' version as Marvine did with hers.

Bon Voyage Bigfoot hair and beard separated and in all Maxis colors. Bonus points if the hair line can meet (seamlessly connect with) the sideburns.

I know there are makeup or costume effects which achieve this, but I like to be able to use the sliders to blend the chins. The Maxis version of this (near the end of the templates) is just a very subtle dimple.
