Placing multiple objects on surfaces??

Does anyone know of any hack or mod that allows more than one objects to be placed on a surface? I've tried the cheats and that doesn't work, see the pictures below for an example of what I mean. TIA

Ahh, tis ok, I solved the mystery, seems theres invisible tables in place

Ahh, I was just going to suggest that maybe some of the objects were items which are fixed in the air instead of being placed on a surface.
