OBJECTS not working

hello
my toilet and now my compute in SIMS 2 doesnt' work
for example, once I used them and after that I couldn,t
sim doesnt do anything wiht them
and when I try to delete them I cant, because it appears that it is in use but it is not actually
what can I do?

but there isn't anything about my problem,
for example my toilet appears, but it has no action, i cant use it and even delete it.
