I am wanting to set up a test in my easel for a minimum creativity skill level of 5 so that no Sim with less than 5 creativity can use it. There are (omg) 95 bhav's in an easel...which one would I put the test in? There are just way more bhav's than I am used to seeing! LOL. I am thinking I probably want a test bhav by itself and then add a link to it in the correct bhav's to test prior to starting a painting. Would this be the best way to go?

If you open up the object's "Pie Menu Functions" file, you'll get a list of all the interactions that the easel can do. Find the one(s) you want to add the guard to. The "Guardian BHAV" line for that interaction will tell you the instance id of the BHAV(s) you'll need to change.
And yes, that would be a very sensible way to go. :)

Echo, I noticed in my pie menu functions that there is no flag for young adult. Does adult cover the young adult as well for flagging who can use the item?
Update: Echo--it does cover young adult...but my young adult does not switch into the smock. When I open the clothing package there is a line that shows: adult, youngadult. I wonder if there is something more I need to do to get the young adult to change too. Any ideas?

You'd have to ask about career uniforms for that, which isn't something I've ever tried to do myself. Try posting a thread specifically mentioning career uniforms for YAs, see if you have any luck? :)
