Downloadings sims with original name from site??

Ok, I download a lot of full sims but when I go to create a sim, I can never recognize which is which because they never have any names. Is there a way that I can install them with clean installer and view the names in, "Choose an existing sims" mode.

No. There's no way to keep names on sims once installed. That information is stored with the sims2pack file - once a sim is unpacked it becomes a .package with no name. Maybe keep yourself a folder of pictures from the original uploads (just save the creator's pics) with the filenames as the names of the sims, so you can look at it and tell who's who.
