Change Bodyshop model

I was wondering how you can change the model that appears in bodyshop when you make clothes, hair, skins, ...
Because I'm trying to make a certain character and it's really difficult to make his skin with another head.

So if anyone knows this, please let me know

You can try the Create Sims feature of BodyShop instead of Create Parts. It will let you pick hair, skin, eyes, clothing, etc.

If you are trying to make the entire skin, the textures include a face and you can work with the entire body up to the neck, then the face.
