Changing Lot Zoning for Beach House

Hey everybody!

Dang it! I found the perfect beach house, but it was made before Bon Voyage. Is there any way I could possibly change the lot type, after it's been built?

ok, so far I haven't found anything, only to change it into a hotel. I'll keep my eye out and tell you if I find one, also, you could show me what house it is and I could rebuild it for you, just as long as you tell me what ep's and stuff packs you have.

Try changing it to a community lot. I had a teen inherit 3 vacation homes from her grandmom. When it was time to sell them, the option showed up as "Sell Community Lot" under real estate. So it's worth a shot.
