Hi,
I made a new door but, as you can see in these screens, it doesn't work correctly.
Please, how can I fix it ??
Jim.

Did you move the position of the door in your 3d editor from where the door you cloned is? Or did you adjust any of the cres values?

Thank you for answering me :) !
I did not move the door but the original door was less wide. I did not modify the CRES file.

Hi Jim, I have had this problem. There are a couple of options:
1)You need to move the door in your mesh editor.
Also, your door has ALMOST NO FRAME. If you make the frame a BIT thicker it wil be less obvious. It is also possible to move the point WHERE the door opens in the cres. Try looking at another double door, to compare mesh set up. If you want to post your object in the object workshop I can take a look at it if you cannot fix it.
2) You need to reclone the door
Did you delete any of the GMDC? The bit called rotation maybe? if so, reclone.

There is a frame but very thin. I don't want to modify it because this door is made from the Versailles Window I made. I want them to be very similar.
About the CRES file, there are too informations that I don't understand...
What is the bit called rotation ?? I never saw that in the GMDC file.

ah that makes sense Jim. You've made the door wider without changing the pivot point. And as lee pointed out your frame is almost nothing.
I don't thinking moving the door in the 3d editor will fix this, since all that will do is change the position of the door when closed.
I took a look at one of my doors in the cres, and one of the entries is called Practical -r_door_rot. That is the door itself, a double one also has l_door. But if you select the cTransforNode in plugin view, under Translation there is an x value. I would suspect that this is where the pivot point is. There is probably going to be a north and south version to change.
This is only a guess, I've never moved slots or route points in doors, only objects. Make sure to save a backup copy before changing the values!

I modified the X value of Translation but it just moved the door in the X axis, not the pivot point.

hmm. I make doors all the time - what did you clone?

Oh I found the right thing to modify ! It was "[Joint9] -r_door_rot: etc." and "[Joint5] -l_door_rot: etc." !! I modified the X values of "Translation" and it moved the pivot points !! So, the door can be opened correctly.
Thank you for your help :)
