How do you make a sim be nakid?

Before you wonder, no i do not want to make an x rated movie, i dont even want their genitalia to be visible.

But i have no idea how to get them that way tho (apart from making them streak)

And what does the term "showerproof" mean?.

Sims don't have genitals unless you download realistic skins.

There's no blur hacks to remove the blur when they're showering, but they change right back into clothes after. There's also "nude clothings" on the adult site that make them look like they're naked when they're wearing, say, everyday clothes. And then there's "nudist hacks" that allow you to have a sim change to "naked" and not change right back.

"Showerproof" is a term used for skintones that have their nude state linked to a particular body shape mesh. It's used for special body shapes different from the default (like very fat or bodybuilders) and makes it so sims can shower while using those body types and not change back to the default shape.
