Mewtwo Sims2 Charactor +download question

Is there a Mewtwo Sims Charactor download? Or can somebody make one? I cant find the Body Shop thing to make one because my computers screwed up or something. I also need help with downloading because my sims folder doesn't have the downloads folder. <----WHAT DO I DO????!!!!

We don't have a requests section here, and I have no idea if anything like that has been made before (Unfortunately, its a hard project, so I doubt it :))
