View Full Version : Bad gosub tree number with cloned object?

I've been screwing around recoloring and cloning objects, so I can have cheaper versions that are ugly/broken looking. but this time i've got a problem- I get this error when the item is on the lot. And if I turn of testingcheats, it, oddly enough, completely freezes every single sim on the lot- their moods, their animations, everything just stops.

So something major is clearly wrong- but I changed nothing but the texture, price, name, and GUID.

Package is attached, it's a stereo and requires free time. I tested it with the anygame installer using only freetime and have no idea what is wrong with the package. It has a unique GUID and everything. Any ideas?

The most common reason for bad gosubs is that you cloned with some EP enabled, then played without that EP. When you made the clone, did you disable everything but base game and Free Time?

Oh, That's probably it then. I wasn't aware you could do that with SimPE. You mean to say it's got remnants in it of another EP and thinks it needs it?

In that case I'll figure out how to disable them, redo it, and test again.
