s3oc version-0912-13-1531
Windows Version-Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit
Game Patches-No
World Adventure-No
Sims3 Version-1.0.631.00002

My problem is that when opening fullbuild0, the package I assume contains the catalog items, s3oc crashes when it loads to 76%. I have the correct installation folder selected to (C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3)

NOTE-I HAVE READ THE SAME PROBLEM ANOTHER PERSON WAS HAVING WITH HIS ON HIS COMPUTER, AND I DID SEE HE GOT HIS PROBLEM SOLVED. BEFORE YOU CLOSE THIS THREAD, PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO FIX IT OR IF IT IS UNFIXABLE FOR ME LET ME KNOW. I FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS GIVEN TO RODNEYROCS THAT MADE HIS WORK, (http://modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=364219) BUT MINE STILL WON'T WORK.

You don't need to assume anything about where catalogue objects are stored. If you set the folders, you can then use the Cloning menu.

The only reason to use "File->Open" is if you want to clone from a single object package.

By the way: thanks for providing a full set of version numbers! It can help, so it is appreciated. :)

I am having the exact same problem. Crashes at 76% when opening fullbuild.0 I am using the same version of s3oc. The only difference between myself and this poster is that I am using Windows 7 64bit.

Looked high and low for a solution all day today, even uninstalled and reinstalled my game. I do not know if any custom content can be blamed for this sort of error but I also want to point out that I do not have any at all.

Oh and *edit
I am attempting to find the actual sim body files (Geom) and this was why I was trying to just use file>open. The cloning options didn't seem to show me anything that was going to pull that up. If there is a way to get the actual sim body meshes otherwise, I'd love to hear.

They're not catalogue objects. The object cloner clones catalogue objects (plus modulars). s3oc only clones the things on the Cloning menu. Open is mostly for renumbering something you've previously cloned.

If someone has written a usable explanation of how to clone something else that can be automated, a tool can be written. Until that point, no tool will exist.
