S3PE problem... Some kind of error, important

Hello,

my friend is experiencing alot of problems when it comes to installing store items... from the moment he wants to instal store items with S3pe it gives a kind of bug/error... and some items don't give it... the error is the following

1) s3pe isn't a package installer.
2) You can't edit encrypted (store) packages with s3pe.
