Uploading problems

Everytime I try and upload a mod it always gets stuck at the main text section and I can't seem to find the next button.

Under the Pictures of TS2 and TS3, there will be a button that says Next -->

I've already gotten past that part, I'm at like Part 10 where you have to give a title to your mod.
