I was looking at this (http://linna.modthesims.info/download.php?t=304345&c=1) thread with multi-part downloads and everything is working if I scroll through the comments and try to find the downloads but if I use the direct links from downloads to the single posts, I'm not recognized as logged in and downloads are not available ("Downloads are not available to guests. Please login.").

The old modthesims2.com links are the problem. I had the same issue with outdated links from other sites.
