Ive been working on a new apartment building, and im almost finished with it. Ive snapped some pictures of the exterior, and would like to see what some of you think about it. please give me you honest opinions about it! also, there are no interior pics, because the interior is not yet finished. those pics will be coming when i upload the lot.

That looks great, but some closer and bigger pictures would be even better.

I agree with Sparkly..
The pictures are too far away, so we can't see the details from the outside.
For now, it looks good! But are you going to add more landscaping? Because it's kinda tree-ish right now.

I agree about the pics, and i am sorry. i have included another front shot that i took, it should give you a little more perspective on the detail of the buildings facade. and for the size, i dont know how to make them any bigger without making them blurry. I have the games camera set as big as it will go, and that is how they come out. Any help with that? And yes i plan on adding more landscaping, but that will be the finishing touch.

Having seen the closest picture, think this is stunning, to get bigger screenshots try using printscreen instead of the ingame camera :)

I always use my ingame camera, which makes pictures about 2000x1000 something, something. I decrease the size with Picnik to 1000x600. :)
That's big enough for a picture.
But for the building: It looks great!

You need some floorplan shots too.

nikki - This is for sims2 and the in game camera is total suckage. :) Sim3 in game is awesome as it takes pics of your game resolution.

You need to add some terrain paint. Trees need their dirt, mud, weeds - something other than grass since that tends not to grow under them. Plus some more landscaping around the back. It looks like they may not be fully furnished, and apartments require the basics. Ie: bed/bath/kitchen/living.

You'll find all that information, including how to take larger pictures, in the Creator Guidelines.

I agree about the landscaping, and im doing my best to get some good landscaping in there. Its not my strongest point though. and the apartments are furnished with the basic, such as counters, appliances, plumbing, lighting, and closets. Also, there are smoke alarms in every room and every apartment comes with a security system. The floor plan shot is hard to get, because the building is too large to fit in an overhead shot. the shot included is the best floorplan shot i can get. Here are some more pics.

Looking fantastic! But you do need to add the basics as HugeLunatic said else it will get rejected straight away. Other than that its totally stunning!

I like the looks of the apartments and i agree with what HL said ... Gardening would make the building better
... flowers would make the place look better and add more color ...

Then you need to take a floor plan shot of each apartment, because they won't accept it. Also, I would suggest using boolprop snapobjectstogrid false to move some of the floor vents more against the walls so that they are not right in the middle of the walkway.
