Mixing Drinks, Too slow.

Hello, I'm a lurker on this forum. As in i read a lot but i dont post much.

Anyways, after some time googling, searching and in game testing i come up with no solution to my problem. which is why im posting this post.

So, to my problem.
My sim takes way too much time throwing tequila bottles in the air rather than serving the drink. Which in turns gives me bad mixing cred.

She has 10 in mixology, she can make all her drinks flawlessly. she just doesnt provide in time.

Like, right now shes in a bar mixing, she gets an order and starts mixing it, she even makes it a perfect drink seeing how my wanted list just disappeared in to sparkles. Yet the second she hands the customer the drink the customer stands up and walks away from the bar.
Leaving my sim with nothing to do and a bad review.

This happens a lot and i dont know how to fix it, it kills my revenue seeing how i get less tips.

is this a bug?
if its not, is there a mod to fix it?
have you experienced the same thing?
