This is tedious to start, but could be worth it.
You start by making a couple or just one sim (that you will play with for a very long time..so make this one very well) I recomend that one to have the Family Oriented trait. After the CAS part is done move the sim(s) into a home. Have a baby and turn the one sim you will play most into a vampire. You can no longer have a child from that sim. You can adopt. The idea is that Vampires cannot have kids. You can either play the family out as you want, or by the time the baby is a child you can kill the human parent. You can have a job or anything you want..that is why if you want to kill the human, wait til the baby is a child so they can watch themself. Now the baby is a young adult...he/she falls in love, gets married and they move in with the parent(s). Now they have a baby. They die in a car accident, the vampire grandparent raises the baby. It repeats. See how the town grows for fun, and how many generations you can complete. Post how your family turns out. Use as little cheats as possible. You might want to use testingcheatsenabled on followed by buydebug to get the life fruit plant to keep your vampire young throughout the years.
If you use the rules from the The Random Legacy Challenge - A Late Night Spin Off. by severedsolo found here (http://randomlegacychallenge.blogspot.com/) to make it more interesting. Just use them as you see fit.
