Exclusive Lounge - Problem with Door

Hello,

I've been creating an exclusive lounge, but the sim does not want to walk through the door.
He reacts like there is something blocking the door.
Any tips?

Is it the door? It's been a while since I dabbled in building a high-rise and can't remember whether they do have a proper entrance door... Upon checking they do have a door.

The front door of the metropolitan building must be edited somehow, but I don't know how, and that's why I asked for indications.
