What does the Awesomemod do?

The only thing I've heard is that it gives you the stupid trait (which I've been wanting) but I'm worried about the other content. Was the "This content is not suitable for those under 18" a joke? I don't want to find some random lady walking the streets naked in my game or something along those lines.

Edit: Well now I'm reading the manual that I somehow missed while reading the original post before... Funny how things magically show up after you ask =/ Sorry!!

Read through the entire thread that you've linked to, along with the manual (linked in the first post). Awesomemod has a lot of documented features and a lot of undocumented features. Basically, it allows you to play the game the way that Pescado wants you to play.
