Sims 3 won't allow me to complete a Journalism challenge.

So my sim got this challenge on his job (Journalism Career - Star New Anchor) and they tell him to go to the City Hall and get this ''Exclusive Story'' thing. I go there and you can't click ''Get Exclusive Story!'' this has happened twice now and I have tried everyday to click on it. (Everyday in Sims 3)

P.S I have no hacks installed or anything like that. (The game is new.)

When you move your crusor over that ''Get Exclusive Story!'' you can see the days and the time when you can complete the challenge.

Different challenges have different days and times when you can complete them.
