How Can I Make A Clothes Mesh Available For All Ages and Genders?

You'll see, i created a shirt, but in the creation, i made it for YA/A male sims, and i want to make it available for all ages and genders? Also... How can i make it available not only for Everyday but for Sleepwear, Athletic, etc.?

Tick the relevant boxes in either CTU or TSRW. However, be aware that enabling an adult clothing item for other ages will make your toddler/child/teen sims look utterly distorted and terrifying, and will create gaps around your elders' necks and waists. If it's just a texture you've made, don't tick all the boxes, instead clone a similar item for the other ages and genders and apply your texture to that item. Also, don't enable clothes for naked, since, well, you'll end up with your naked sims wearing clothes.

Moving to Create, since your game isn't broken... yet.
