EP/SP Collection Folders Missing

My computer had a hard error playing a non-sims game which caused me to have to restore windows to the original condition. Then I reinstall all The Sims 2 games. Bummer, I know.

Anyway, now I only have 3 ep/sp collection folders. All the items exist, that I know of, just no collection folders. These I find handy to locate anything I have trouble finding in the build/buy categories. Which isn't always easy.

Is there a way to get them back?

I figured out why. When I made a c drive backup with hp recovery manager many of my files didn't copy. Including 99% of my downloads and my saved game files. I have no idea why. All my other user files copied fine. Some other folders were empty though, like my custom windows icons folder. So I need to uninstall all the games again because I don't know if anything else important is missing. Double bummer.
