Creator help?

I wasn't really sure where to put this, but basically, my chalkboards have been up for some time, but if you look at comments most of them are about them not being able to see it?

A couple would be normal I guess but most of them seem to be 'I've downloaded 3 times and it still won't show' so is there something wrong with my upload?

I've downloaded it myself and it shows fine?

I downloaded the chalkboards - I see them fine. It is NOT your upload that is the issue :)


I ALSO went and downloaded the whiteboards - also no problems. I have all the original EP's and SP's so maybe its collection pack users? I don't think so - but it could be. I also have my game patched ;)

Remembering the number of times I've had to answer questions about how to get SimPE working for someone with a collection pack, it would be worth asking the people who can't see it if they have one.
