View Full Version : Replacing alpha textures in default replacements

Hi ^^

I hope there's a simple solution to this, but so far I can't find it.
I'm trying to replace the toddler badger outfits (the hairy pajamas that came with OFB), but all of the skin below the neck is black, like this:

I think it is the alpha texture file, because the original outfit covers the whole body and therefore it is fully white. But how do I replace the old alpha texture with the new one in SimPE? I really cannot find it and I hope someone can give me advise on where I should look

You need to replace the file as a PNG (which has the alpha transparency built in), not as a BMP. You can do this in SimPE. You'll need to find the PNG file for the nightgown; if it's from a custom mesh, you can extract it in SimPE and then use it to replace the PNG for the hairy pajamas.
