You have to download both a no mosaic type mod as well as skins with additional details. You won't find anything but "barbie" skins here on MTS, but you can look at Sexysims for ones with the naughty bits.

Yer i have the mod for no mosaic but when i download any skin they don't work, which i've been getting from sexysims. I even tried following this "http://sims.wikia.com/wiki/Realistic_skins" but it didn't work. :(

If other CC works, then one of a few things is happening:
Either you're not installing the skins correctly - make sure you've extracted them from the .rar or .zip file, and then placed the .package file in Mods/Packages. For more info, see here: Game Help:Installing Sims 3 Package Files;
Or you've downloaded a non-default skin and not picked it out for your sim in Create-A-Sim;
Or you've downloaded a default replacement skin and forgotten to delete the simCompositorCache.package file before playing.

I've check all of them, i definitely downloaded default re-placers and definitely deleted the cache file and i extracted to desktop then cut and pasted the .package files to the package folder, i know there's nothing wrong with the location of the package folder cause the nointro.package works perfectly. Just had a thought, i have the new mast suits stuff pack installed, could that be stopping it working and if it is i am so sorry for wasting your time lol :lol:
