I just reinstalled Sims 2 Freetime. I was having some problems before. So I wanted to start clean. I wanted to start a medieval neighborhood. :king: I got everything I might need to make one. So I started up the game and went into CAS to create some characters. Whenever I got to option 3, my game would just stop responding and crash. So I went through the steps on this website and found the game would work fine with all my downloads except my custom hair. So I just got rid of all my custom hair and went to a different site and downloaded different ones. But still I had the same problem. :faceslap: I have a few mods, like Inteen and Trips & Quads. I had those before and the custom hair never had a problem. I also have some downloads to make my University, Bon Voyage, ect. sims look more medieval. It would be amazing if someone could help me. I am so lost. Thanks.

I doubt that there's much that we can do. You probably have a conflict between something in your Downloads folder and the custom hair that you've downloaded. You need to find the conflict and then decide whether you want the custom hair or the things that are conflicting with them. Here's a FAQ which might help:
http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Finding_Problem_Custom_Content

The only other possibility is that your computer just can't handle the custom hair. Some CC puts quite a strain on a computer. I can't help you with that, but someone else might be able to point you in the right direction.

You could start by giving us your system specs:

and giving us some of the download links for the custom hair.

Sorry if it's a big longish. I thought I followed the directions pretty well.
As for the hair, I got all my hair the second time from http://www.coolsims.net/
