View Full Version : What Needs to be Included

If I made a default replacement clothing item clone with s3oc, then added a third or fourth channel with Texture Tweaker, what files would I have to include in the package other than the new mask file? I'm pretty sure there is an XML that I would need to include. Basically I'm just trying to figure out which files would go unchanged and not be neccessary to include, IE the mesh files.

You definitely do need to include:
CASP
Mask _IMG

You definitely do not need to include:
GEOM
BONE
BBLN
BOND
BGEO
_IMGs apart from the mask

You shouldn't need to include the following resources, though that may change depending on the method you use:
VPXY
TXTC
_XML

The _KEY is what gives the resources their names; you can keep it or delete it, if you do the latter then all your resources will be nameless.

Last I knew, Texture Tweaker didn't support CAS stuff, and that capability wasn't planned for the near future. Has that changed now? If so, awesome. :)

I wasn't aware it had lol! Would be lovely if it had upgraded itself without me having to do anything about it ;)

Derp. I suppose I can use CTU then, had TT on the mind. Thanks for the responses.

Honestly - you wait a grand total of three minutes before bursting my bubble?

Given that, omega, I would suggest using CTU. You will want to check the Instance once you're done (assuming you plan to actually create a default replacement, and you're not just doing a two-pass clone), as CTU may change it, but, well... for something like that, CTU works remarkably similarly to TT3. ;)

yup, you only need the CASp and the mask texture.
I always clone with s3OC and edit with CTU
