I need help installing packages for the sims 3.

I am having trouble installing packages for the game, i have been reading stuff on here about how to do it but it still does not seem to work. The stuff i want is from this site & they are packages & not sim3pack. Please can anyone help?

At the top of the page, click Help> Sims 3> Custom Content FAQs. That will tell you everything you need to know.
