I think I remember in the older TSRW there was a option to make a object a "smallobject",im guessing that would allow it to be placed on a slot that allows small objects. Now I only see Large Object in the project tab.

You might have found the answer by yourself after two weeks, but to make an object stackable, you only need to add a slot.
To do this, in the Slots tab, open Effect Entries, and duplicate one of them. It will create a Container Entry. Rename it, edit the Bone Hash to 0x00000000, put the placement flags up to you (small, medium, deco...). And that's it. :)

Yes I know how to make slots however I dont know how to make an Object stackable. Say I make a stove with slots( deco) and I want to put it on top of another stove and so on lol.Like a tower of stoves.Theres an object I forget where I got it from but its like a half wall and I can basically stack as high as I want ( outside, can only go as high as ceiling inside.)
Also you dont have to put all the 0's just one zero and tsrw will automatically do the rest :)

Edit:
I think I figured it out I had to click the "Functional" and Decorative tab.
