How Can You Make a Concert?

I'm making a project on the sims 2 about Woodstock 1999,
I made the festival grounds but for some reason everytime I make one of my sims dance or cheer a band, they have to walk up on the stage to do so, that did not happen at woodstock lol, anyways, how I can make the sims dance and cheer in front of the stage instead of walking on it?
oh, and how can I make my sims do the "Horns" gesture?

P.S. on the uni promo it made a band play on stage and people were cheering in front of it,

Pose boxes, the freezer clock, and lots of move objects, as far as I know are your only options.

Position stereos and speakers around the arena and people can dance to them. I think the only time anybody makes horns is when they're listening to an MP3 player.

Check out the band options at simwardrobe, I haven't looked at in in awhile but I remember there being a controller that allows you to set up a band. Primarily it's for OFB but I could see other uses for it. There were also some instructions on how to use fences, gates ect to keep listening Sims at a distance. Not sure if it will help you and you very well might have to use the freeze clock, OMSP's and pose boxes to get the pictures you need.

The horns gesture is at a particular level of dancing skill. I think it's the in between one or one of the early ones when they can barely dance. But it'd probably be better to look into get dance pose boxes instead.

Better yet, animation boxes. They'll use game animations, and combined with the freezer clock, you can get a wide variety of dance poses with just one or two animations.
