WCIF Strangle poses

I was looking for a to a / T to T strangling poses, but I'm out of luck
and I didn't really want the silly strangle pose ( such as the insane trait )
I'm looking for misery expression more

So, if everyone have the info, pls let me know

The only strangler one I know of is here: http://mahamudosim3.blogspot.com/2011/12/slap-and-fighting-poses.html but I don't know how well it would work for Teens, since they're for YA/A sims....
