When someone buys a house, do they usually have all the money that the house is worth on hand at once? No, they don't, and neither do any of my Sims. That's why mortgages were invented so people can pay a little bit of money at a time.
What I'm asking is, is there a mod anywhere that adds any kind of mortgage system in The Sims 3? I'm just tired of having to use money cheats to give my level 10 career Sims an upgrade from a studio house to something bigger, and feel like a cheater afterwards. I just want to know if something like this exists, if not, I'll just think of a compromise.
