I downloaded the 1.29 patch from the patching page on here, and every time I go to open it it locks up Windows completely, and the downloads folder (where I put it) doesn't respond at all.
Honestly, I can't think of any reason why it would do this. Unless I'm trying to open it wrong? I try clicking on it normally, I try running it as an administrator, but nothing works.
