Testing cheats missing spawn menu objects.

Hi. There is anyway to get the rest of the spawn menu objects to work. I have all expansions and custom stuff. Example The jj test object can control the weather. There is anyway please. I want the rest to work. :|

Define "the rest." This is an impossible question to answer since we don't know what you're doing or which "spawn menu objects" do work for you.

I'm pretty sure I don't even know what a "spawn menu object" is. An object that spawns a menu? A menu spawned by an object? Speak clearly and remember we can't see you or your game.

You now it´s that spawn menu. It appers when you enable testing cheats. You shift click on a sim. And there is a menu called spawn..... And there is some objects you can spawn. They doing cheats. But some of them don´t work. I want so much the jj_test object to work. But it don´t wanna spawn. It controls the weather etc. I want all to work. Im asking mayby there is a mod or somthing :)

Let me check if I'm understanding you right. You have testing cheats enabled and have clicked on a sim. You click on spawn... and you are expecting to see something called jj_test there, but you don't see it. This is the same menu that would spawn the tombstone of life and death.

Is that correct?


If you're looking for a mod, you should try searching (and if that reveals nothing, then posting) in the Where Can I Find forum (located under the help menu up top).

I see it but it won´t spawn, and yes i hold shift down and click on a sim and on the spawn. I have a mod for castaway stories that unlocks the testing cheats. And i can spawn that jj_test object. If know any mod pleae give a link:)

I don't know if the InSiminator worked with any of the stories or not, and it's unsupported now, but it might work for you.

Do you need a lesson on how to do a search, or do you think that you could manage to search for the InSiminator by yourself?

Yes i have insiminator. But i talking about testingcheats when you shift and click on a sim. And some of the objects don´t wanna spawn. And i want a fix for it. There is mayby a mod but i don´t now how to search :(

I've never heard of a mod that makes all the Spawn functions work. My guess is that some of those tools were never fully developed.

What, exactly, are you trying to accomplish with these, and how do you know for sure what they're supposed to be for in the first place? The meaning of "jj test object" is hardly clear.

It´s working in castaway. So when someone could copy it from there and get it to the sims 2. Because jj_tesobjet is a cheat object it can control weather etc. But i have no idea how to do that things :(

As I suspected. You're looking to non-working debug mode features to do things that mods already do far better.

I already have that. That suck. You can´t control how much it rain. You can´t control there must be rain with thunder or without. You can´t set only clouds.

I think you're looking to have a level of control that's highly unrealistic.

Additionally, criticizing a great mod created by a excellent modder for not being able to do what I suspect not even the DEVS have tools for is bad form, dude.

Okay i can live with it. I was just wondering there was a mod. But one thing more. There is any mod/hack to get immediately into cas in the sims 2. Like the master controller in the sims 3?
