Does anyone know which terrains were used?

Has anyone been able to figure out which terrains were use for the Downtown and college hoods? The terrains for the base neighborhoods are easy to find because they are generally named the same. Bluewater Village too.

Those terrains aren't available as SC4 files, so you can't use them for custom neighborhoods or change them with SC4. Wish they'd made them available.

If you use HoodReplace, you can use those terrains for custom neighborhoods.

It's a program which runs separately from the game, so make sure that you exit the game and BodyShop before running HoodReplace.
