Hi guys, i´m not american, so sorry about my english, but I think u can understand...
So, i did all this (http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Installing_Sims_3_Package_Files/Old_Way_to_New_Way) but when i click in the .package file and click in 'Install to Sims 3', the Helper Monkey shows to me this message 'The access to the path 'C: \ Program Files \ Electronic Arts \ The Sims 3 \ Package \ 2009 Audi Q7.package' was denied.'
So guys, i don't know what to do, could u help me please???

Helper Monkey is outdated and should not be used any more, since patch 1.12 mods go in (my)Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 (mods) folder not where game is installed, that is why you get the error.
Just copy the files instead.

Here is a link to more information on installing package files using the folder way.
http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Installing_Sims_3_Package_Files
Since you have mentioned that you already had helper monkey installed, I recommend you read this again and make sure you have not missed something. The helper monkey & framework needs to be completely un-installed.

With the new way you only need to copy package files to your mod/packages folder.

I know, i've read that twice. In my C/Program Files/Electronic Arts/Sims 3 I only have 5 folders, nothing more. They are Catches, Game, GameData, Support and Thumbnails. And i dont see anything else. Nor resource.cfg, nor d3dx9_31. files in my Bin folder.

What you have in your Program Files folder is totally irrelevant to the process of installing CC. I suggest you read the instructions again, more carefully. :)

That's the Program Files folder. The instructions tell you to use your Documents folder.
