Hello everyone. Recently I began to create a new Neighborhood using one of the neighborhood layouts that came with the game (I'm not sure which one exactly it is.) And I've noticed that I'm having issues with placing lots (empty lots, as well as pre built lots) in perfectly empty areas of space along the roads.

I've attached a screenshot so you can see what I'm talking about. The entire square (the city block so to say) within the roads there refuses to accept any lots except at 3 different spots, 1 which is already occupied and the other 2 I do not wish to use.

So, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what could be causing this, is it a normal problem? Is there a way around it?

Thanks in advance.

looks like the lower right hand corner is falling below the appropriate threshold that the lot will allow, take a larger lot and even it out some

or, if you find a place where you can place it, enter the lot, even out the terrain, than use that as a stamper, .. pick up that lot and move it to where you want it to be and it should level it out

if that doesnt work, move it one step at a time to where you want it to be and it will move the level as it goes

While in neighborhood view, click on the Build Mode icon as if you're going to put down Neighborhood decor (i.e. birds, clouds, signs, etc) and see if something is already placed there. It might look like a blue box. They disappear when you're placing lots.
