Hi, Do you know the source of the slider that I can fix this problem???

Whenever I make a sim, my sim have protruding neck.

If my sims a male sim, then I thought it to be an Adam's apple but ...

to the female sim, it looks wired....


Do you know the source of the slider or the name of the slider that I can make that part thinner or decrease the depth???
