Honestly, the Sims 3 theme sounds kinda similar to one of the OFB themes.
This allows me to see into the minds of people! That's right, I can actually see what they're thinking!

It reminds me a bit of the first sims theme almost, but the beginning reminds me of the Simpsons. I like the chorus part.

I agree with Ri. All it is, is a slightly modified version of an OFB Build/Buy theme. I would know. I'm just old-school like that.

it is remixed, but partly re-written, the tempo is slightly different, and the bass clef is totally different in parts.

I've heard that they went back to the having separate musics for build and buy mode. Stupid. i liked it not changing when I switch back and forth.
