Just installed the Sims 3 1.2.7 patch or about to? Read this thread for some helpful advice to keep your custom content working!
I am more than willing to take requests for houses. Just send me a PM with the style of house you're looking for, and any specific details you're looking for (certain number of bedrooms, fenced yard, etc) and I'll see what I can do.
